Design :

Making extensive use of CAD, each customer power supply is designed such that all it's components operate well within their maximum specifications. Together with rigorous quality checks during manufacture, this attention to detail at the design stage ensures long-term product reliability.
 

Manufacture :

By carrying out most of the production processes in- house, from PCB assembly to final equipment test, we are able to maintain a very tight control over product quality and this makes us highly responsive to our customer's demands for fast turnaround and delivery.

Our Peterborough based factory is also authorised to manufacture UL and CSA approved power supplies.

In house control of manufacturing also allows us to carry out rigorous checks at every stage of the production process. As a result we achieve an exceptionally high yield of first time functional units, proven by 100% testing and burn-in on everything we produce.

Our design and manufacturing facilities are certified to ISO 9001:2000 quality standard, and the entire organisation is committed to a total quality philosophy.

FP150-7XX

 

This open frame convection cooled 150W power supply is supplied for a medical application with full approvals to UL60601-10 /IEC60601-10. Features include 7 outputs, 4 of which are fully regulated with remaining 3 semi-regulated. Universal mains input of 90 -264Vac with active PFC to EN61000-3-2 D.

 

 

Just developed is our new 1kW low profile 1U AC-DC power supply / battery charger. Designed specifically for an overseas contract the product features full 1kW power capability with active PFC to EN61000-3-2 D down to 90Vac with no derating.

Supplied to a manufacturer of optical drive equipment this 750W convection cooled power supply offers as standard 0-48Vdc output.

Whilst designed to operate @ 90 - 264Vac with active PFC to EN61000-3-2 D this power supply is also operated within the application at 100Vdc input.

Features include output voltage programming via 0 - 10Vdc analogue input control ( 10V @ 1A internal reference voltage supplied ), active current share for parallel operation, powerfail signal, inhibit/enable control. Operation temp -40 deg C to +85 Deg C.
