June 15th 2007 - Ferrus joins the Stadium Group PLC !

With effect from 15th June 2007 the shares of Ferrus Power Ltd. were acquired by AIM listed Stadium Group PLC and as such we are now a division of
Stadium Power.
This is an exciting development for Ferrus as we are now able to offer our customer base the complete package of design and manufacture of custom and standard (COTS) power supplies both within the UK for low to medium quantities and via our 150,000sq ft facility in China (Stadium Asia) for volume products.
As well as offering power solutions for any application we can further offer our customers a full contract manufacturing service for electronic assemblies including full system manufacture via our Hartlepool division (Stadium Electronics UK) as well as our China division (Stadium Electronics Asia).
